run, crammy, run!
i almost passed out during my workout this morning...
because of this guy:
something about jesse metcalfe running on the treadmill behind you just makes you want to run 10 times harder and faster. and i've already done my 30 minutes of cardio at this point. i was in the middle of doing resistance training and had to jog 5 minutes just to keep the good old heart rate up. well, there were too many things going up, except for my blood sugar level. thank God for marcus, who didn't make me continue with weights and instead fetched me a gatorade. the blue kind. he's the best p.t. ever.
